To bring a sedition case, prosecutors would have to prove there was a conspiracy to attack government agents or officials that posed an imminent danger, legal experts said"
How many hours of video showing people hurling objects at officials do they need to prove imminent danger? And remember the officers who suffered vision damage because lasers were pointed at their eyes? And maybe if some experienced detectives interviewed some of these violent protesters, they might find that there was agreement, or a conspiracy, to engage in violence and destruction?
Charge these people with sedition. Get people to squeal on each other. It's worth a try isn't it?
Start with the people who bought and delivered the bricks to staging locations in Minneapolis. Get them to roll over on whoever paid them. Keep working all the way up.
