The town is on the Kolyma Highway, the “Road of Bones.” It connects Magadan with Irkutsk and was built with Gulag slave labor.
Wow, I just can’t imagine living under those conditions.......I guess if that’s been the only life you have known, you don’t realize that there is a better life in a warmer climate......
