Someone posted yesterday that Biden was supposed to show up at an event at 6:30 and at 8 he was still not there. Did anyone else see or hear that?

I think it was Biden’s “Despacito” event with Latin-Americans yesterday. I read someplace that he showed up 2 hours late.

Martha Maccallum said several times during her show that they were expecting a Biden “speech” and she had the guests a little frazzled because they didn’t know when they were going to cut to Biden. He never made the speech as far as I know.
