Despacito, which translates to “ slowly,” is the song with the most watched views on YouTube. It was a major international hit. There are two versions, a Spanish version and and English/Spanish version. One of the singers introduced Biden at the event. I guess this was supposed to prove Biden knew who he was, but to meet it’s like the old Saturday live skit with Sting in the elevator. People would get on see him, start to sing one of his songs and made the atmosphere awkward.

The song was "Despacito"...which, in Spanish, means "slowly". And yes, he pulled out his iPhone and played 15-20 seconds of it while he sorta danced around. The tie-in was the singer of the song...Fonsi...had previously given a rally speech supporting Biden.
