Roger, I read it. Noting as I did on the old thread not realizing I was mumbling in festival, that I was careful not to say it didn’t happen, but that I wasn’t able to find evidence that it did. Here’s some, going to Oct. 2018, if you accept that the Baker matter falls under Durham’s umbrella. I’d add that we know when Sessions said that Huber from Utah was doing some investigating and that his work was absorbed by Durham, so it could have gone back even further. But the comment about “nothing being done for the first two years” wound not be wrong.
This isn’t an argument I really care to have, since we very likely will never know and when it started won’t matter anyhow. All that matters is what comes out at the end.
