OK, the 43 second clip of Newt that has been widely distributed is somewhat misleading at least. It only shows the last part of Newt’s remark about Soros followed by the Fox hosts shutting him down.
The missing context is essential to understanding what was actually happening. Here is a longer clip showing the entire comment by Newt, one minute 34 seconds in length, in which Newt layout out the problem of progressive DAs who were paid for by Soros. He was not cut off, he had the chance to lay out the problem in detail, naming Soros as the person behind it, and gave an example from NY to prove it:

It was only after he turned it back to the hosts that Harris Faulkner, who is clearly distracted by a producer speaking thru her earpiece, stammers and then says “I was going to say you had the last word Speaker”...after Francis makes the comment about not needing to bring George Soros into this. You don’t need to be a body language expert to see that Harris is looking down, frowning a bit, not paying attention to the camera, then Francis speaks, maybe trying to bail her out by giving voice to the producers directions.
Without a doubt, Newt made his point and won the day, and the Fox News hosts showed themselves to be nothing but puppets.
The producers had almost a full minute while Newt was speaking to react and this clip makes it clear that they gave orders over the IFB to the hosts to tamp down the Soros talk, and pronto.
It’s important to remember that most of the people on camera are “talent”, they are performers being directed from behind the scenes and put their jobs on the line if they refuse to obey orders. The pure opinion shows like Hannity, Ingraham, and Tucker Carlson have more freedom but it’s still not unlimited. I’ve been amazed at what Tucker has been able to get away with.

Study Suggests Unconscious Learning Underlies Belief in God
Interesting. Those who recognize patterns unconsciously are more likely to have strong faith. Of course, the researchers try to imply that it is some kind of problem within the brain.
I would bet that those who follow Q are also the best at recognizing patterns.
