There are no poor white women? This isn’t racist?
Welfare based on race rather than income sounds unconstitutional.
If they just send the checks with no strings attached I don’t think it will have any effect on the mortality rate. But I bet these women will be surrounded by taxpayer funded social workers to ensure they go to their doctor appointments and lay off the drugs and alcohol so the improved outcomes can be attributed to the free cash and the liberals can call in a successful program that needs to be expanded.
Next week we will read that white women will be paid $1,500 for bringing non white babies into the world.
