This is reality folks. Don’t turn away from this picture!!! Look at it!
This women showed her will to survive and proved she had a winning mindset! She was shot twice in the face, multiple times in her arms and she stood tall and refused to give up...she placed a tourniquet on her partner, coordinate emergency response and got herself and her partner off the X, all while providing cover to her partner, who was also shot multiple times in the head and arms.
And all the while “protesters” were blocking the hospital entrances and cheering for the death of these officers.
Where are YOU standing America? Time to draw the line.
These are the men and women protecting your lives day in and day out.

I’ve been known to bet recklessly. So I’m going to bet it’s a fake, mainly because the walls behind the two deputies do not look exactly the same.
Yes, confirmed real by Tucker Carlson, who showed it on his program.
The female deputy was shot clear through the jaw plus hit a couple of times in the arms.
The male deputy was hit twice in the head but without penetrating his skull, and had a more serious arm wound.
The female deputy managed to put a tourniquet on him and call in the emergency.
They are both recent graduates of the academy, 14 months ago.
Um, there ya go pard. Someone went to the trouble of modifying the pics sooooo, why? To make the backgrounds look different? To show a headshot for both deputies that was "false"?

There are all sorts of sick and weird people on the Internet. They get their jollies from spreading false quotes, faked pictures, etc.
We saw quite a few faked pictures right after 9/11, for example.
Then again, I could just be too suspicious. That probably comes from getting Trump “quotes” and Biden “quotes” from friends that are totally faked (my friends don’t realize that, they just pass them along as gospel)
