I watched the video with Cmdr Fravor and Lex Fridman (MIT researcher, Russian) in which Fravor, the pilot in question, made the point that if this were our technology, it would have "emerged into reality" in the 16 years since 2004. By that he meant that 2004 cutting edge technology would be getting a little stale by now and would have found its way into some real aircraft.

In other words, the tic-tac is not U.S. technology (or anyone else's from around here).

I’ve said here many times that I seen as a 11-12 from Darke County, Ohio south bound on St Rte 49 North of Dayton and WPAFB. One object zipped across the night sky. It changed from yellow to blue and broke into 3 parts and zipped three different directions out of and retuned back into lne fast mover in yellow. Dad said came from Wright Pat and we talked about rumors of the 3 aliens onice recovered at Roswell. Dayton Daily Newspaper reported numerous such incidents over the years.
