Now anyone care to challenge on what they have developed since, and are in the process of developing? It advanced so fast that it begs the question-where in the hell did they get those things so fast?

Civilians haven't a clue.

These tic-tacs were encountered in 2004, 16 years ago. Funny that this stuff hasn't made its way into actual aircraft or weapons systems yet. A lot of developments that were new in 2004 are now obsolete.

As many in the military have said, "it ain't ours."
