The radar jamming leads me to believe the UFO is a US government black project. I would expect an alien craft would be either radar invisible or shielded. The jamming seems to close to our current level of technology.

Military guy was asked about this and replied that the Military would never test like this. Too unpredictable what could occur without letting everyone know.
