The dude's mind is stuck about thirty years ago. He thinks he can just bounce around being all 'down to earth' and acting like he was trained to act when it all began.
He has no idea what a buffoon he looks like.
I'd feel bad for him if I didn't hate him and all derps so much. As it is, I find great satisfaction in his humiliation.
