#1385 wasn’t it someone like James Baker who stated during closed session testimony in 2018, he wouldn’t answer certain questions because he was being investigated by Durham.
It might have been Jim Jordan that was wuestioning him at the time.

exactly right. back in October 3, 2018
EXECUTIVE SESSION - COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY, JOINT WITH THE COMMITTEE ON GOVERNMENT REFORM AND OVERSIGHT, U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, WASHINGTON, D.C.
from Baker's testimony transcript:
"Mr. Jordan. Just to clarify for us, you're, counsel, advising Mr. Baker not to answer that question because of -- not because of it's classified, not because of any classification concerns, but because there is an ongoing investigation by whom?
Mr. Levin. The Justice Department.
Mr. Jordan. I mean, is the inspector general looking at this or is this --
Mr. Levin. No, it's Mr. John Durham, a prosecutor"
Baker was subject of a leak investigation by Durham.
Note: Sessions didn't leave until 11/07/2018. This inquiry was 10/03/2018 and Durham was investigating Baker prior to this.
Who hired Durham for this investigation ?
