Have to admit not reading all - and it serves me right.
I should have been paying more attention to the posts on canning.
I make my cloth masks (that I have to wear at work) out of cheesecloth - very breathable.
Usually get the cheesecloth in the paint section of the hardware store - but they were all out.
Some worker seen me looking about - asked what I was looking for - then she walked me across the store to the home canning section - rolls and rolls of cheesecloth.
Lesson learned..
We’re closing in on 24 or 25 frozen stuffed peppers in the freezer and the pepper plants are still kicking em out.
I estimate we’ll have two or three dozen big peppers to give away.
