The African-American family must be restored and the urban plantation turned into Trump’s Opportunity Zones. Self-initiative and family-life must come back to the inner cities.

That can only happen by revoking the free government money and giving all such communities an ultimatum: Band together, form a society, live morally....or starve.

That was the old Lesser Society - now we have the Great Society. And good luck getting politicians who benefit from government wealth redistribution to turn off the spigot.
