How familiar, if at all, are you with the Nobel Peace Prize nomination process?

Should we ignore that because it will show how biased this all is, or should we weigh in because YOUGOV is being used for propagandistic purposes to shape opinion rather than measure it?
I voted.
I know little about the Nobel nomination and selection process.
But what we learned in 2009 was enough to make us see what a joke that was.
We learned that nominations for the October 2009 Nobel Peace Prize were due by Feb. 1st that year. Obama became president on Jan. 20th. So someone nominated Obama for the Nobel Peace Prize when he had achieved nothing to warrant such an honor.
