I mostly remember her as the host of "Mystery!" on PBS.

GOT: Having read all the books and, despite that addiction, eventually hating the author as a smug sadistic bastard (later found he’s a leftwing Fascist behind the exclusion of Conservative authors from the Hugo Awards). Never watched the series. Basically a fantasy horror version of the Wars of the Roses.
