Actually the Czechs did not shoot their way out of it.
The system just sort of collapsed.

Actually, it was the collapse of the USSR thanks to Reagan’s “tough love” and threats.

So the Czechs did not technically shoot their way out but Reagan, in a sense, helped to “shoot” their way out of socialism/communism.

But generally & historically speaking, people can ONLY shoot their way out of socialism/communism.

And THAT’S why the leftists continue to push “gun control” as a step toward total gun confiscation.
