What if it was Whites who, to this day, many decades after their emancipation, had lower family incomes, diminished educational opportunities, and higher crime rates than the Black majority?

What an utterly vacuous line of assumptions. Even with Affirmative Rascism, lowered testing scores, preferential placement, welfare out their ever expanding backsides...

The issues in that community are not systemic... they are CULTURAL. And it isn't Western/American Culture keeping them "down".

Until they get over that, there is NOTHING that will fix those issues.
