Lots to take in, but is Q implying CA is now a battleground state? That could very well be, but this line got my noodle wandering:
Stated cause(s) of fires?
Heat?
Average temperature(s) of CA per year [last 20][June - Dec]?
Outside of standard deviation?
Power line(s) [source]?
Is Kew saying the power lines are the cause of temperature increases outside of SD? Bigger than you can imagine comes to mind.

Power lines referred to source of fires?
That was official reason for last year's Paradise fires

Possibly! I also understood this message from the article you posted:
"At a time of increased fire danger and already depleted fire services, budget cuts are causing longer response times and putting both citizen and firefighter lives in danger."

Is Kew saying the power lines are the cause of temperature increases outside of SD? I think he's saying none of their excuses add up. Not temps (gorebull warming), nothing has changed about the power lines. It is their (dem) management that has changed.

Is Kew saying the power lines are the cause of temperature increases outside of SD? Bigger than you can imagine comes to mind. The derps say the fires are caused by global warming. Q wants us to check the temperatures of the past years to see if they are outside the standard deviation (normal).
They also blamed past fires on PGE (Pacific Gas and Electric) power lines.
Truth is. Arson/domestic terror.
So says Bagster.

I think Q is questioning the cause of the fires. The power lines as a cause might have been nothing more than cover for the real cause. Higher temps?
Arson?
Cali needs federal money to stay afloat, but the only to get it is through emergencies like massive wildfires. So, maybe the fires are state-sponsored.
