My understanding is that people over 50 don’t get the Vitamin D from sunlight as well as younger people, they still need to get it from food or supplements.
Perhaps, but I spend around 5-6 hours a day on the harley, so I get a LOT.
But I wouldn’t mind being under 50 again! LOL!
I’ve also taken to drinking some milk in my routine since March and eggs for awhile several times a week (I have since stopped this) and had a period this year where I was eating fresh fish several times a week.
