Date unknown. Someone on that Twitter stream said it was from the Sars outbreak but Sars was in 2002 and Fauci doesn’t look 18 years younger in that video. In my opinion, the video looks like 2020 footage.
It looks like 2020 to me as well. This was typical of the way Fauci spoke early on.
Secy Azar wouldn’t have been at a SARS outbreak meeting, at DHHS. This was from Feb, I am pretty sure, back when Azar was holding the first China Flu briefings.
