400 mg quercetin, but also 90 mg bromelain to help with absorption. In fact, I might be absorbing more quercetin than others with a higher nominal dosage but without bromelain.

Thanks. If I try it, I’ll be on the lookout for side effects. Better look for tablets that can be split, not capsules.
