This thread should be mandatory for all freepers . I love/loved McManus. Read his mystery books - the “Sheriff Bo Tully“ series. Absolutely great. The last book is poignant because while you read you know this is his last work and you don’t want it to stop. Here is a good story opening...

I’ve enjoyed most of his books. I prefer the audio version because the reader captures the character.
