This was a skid row attack. Timms is clearly someone that should not be out of an institution. He may have brain damage of his own from, I suspect, meth or paint thinner sniffing. Whatever, he has little or no impulse control and is human damaged goods if not one of G-d’s factory seconds. He should never have been let out on bail. This is an object lesson as to why ‘average Americans’ have come to hate those who presume elite status and a ‘higher level of development and compassion’. Compassion to the cruel and vicious is cruelty to those who obey society's rules and it sends a message to the great middle that its only purpose is to pay taxes and bow to their betters.

The more the riots, the more the recidivism from these insane bailouts, the more votes for Pres. Trump. Polls mean nothing - we saw that with Hillary. The Minnesota Freedom Fund says the criminal justice system failed in this case, but it “didn’t do enough to mitigate that damage” by giving Timms the support he needed, reported Minnesota CBS.

So it is clearly OUR fault because we didn't give Mr. Timms enough support and free stuff.

That is beyond reprehensible. These people are vile.
