I feel this attempt to continuously modify, extend, change voting methods is seriously unconstitutional. The upshot is that different states and locals are having greatly different standards for voting. Does your mail-in vote count when its mailed, or received? If the post office loses it or delays it, does it count? What if you receive 2 ballots? who handles your ballot, unknown to you or the state?

Unequal systems, applied inconsistently in different areas, obviously means unequal outcomes, and preventing unequal outcomes is the basis of the 14th and 15 amendments as well as the Voting Rights Act.
