We’re over in Mesa County right now, Grand County is under some supply stress, mainly at the grocery.
Over here, we get smoke from Pine Gulch fire, over there we were getting smoke and ash from the Cameron Peak fire which has gone bad just north of RMNP.
I had a lot of great fishing in Park Co. in the old days, Spinney, Antero. the S. Platte, Tarryall, even over to Chaffee county for the Arkansas.
My dad is in Cedaredge. We were looking at some places around there. Can’t quite get the wife on board with the west slope though. She doesn’t think the mesa measures up to these mountains. But I’ll have to get down from this altitude one of these days.
Tarryall for fishing.
My hunting buddy was the boat inspector at Tarryall. Decent elk and mule deer around the area. The drive was terrible until they re-paved the majority of road to Tarryall. Left Colorado before Polis got elected.
