“I read elsewhere (prolly on this thread) that the maggot judge’s order is specially about “peaceful protestors”.
The “peaceful protestors” are mostly females and in the closest 10 rows to the police. They hold their hands high in the “hands up don’t shoot” position or with signs to inhibit the vision of the police. This is so the police can’t see who is throwing the bombs and other things from the back rows. The police also can’t shoot non-lethal rounds or use spray against those throwing things due to this formation. (These people have been trained by pros.)
They are the human shields for the shock troops. The judge is trying to help them(!).
