No need to pull the boat out of the water to drain if you forget to put in the drain plug.

Just get moving, water will be sucked out. Does require someone jumping in to put the plug in after it drains.

Don't ask how I know this.

Well, I know it because I drowned in New York Harbor off of Staten Island. I drowned because the boat owner didn't tell us about replacing the plug nor about the seat cushions being life preservers. I drowned because I stayed in the cold water long enough to save my wife and my dog - on my shoulders climbing a ladder on the back of a fairly large boat manned by people in a wild panic.

Obviously I was recovered and revived. That explains why I am as ornery as I am! :^) The only boat I am interested in is an ice cream sunday boat.
