I'm not a Mississippian, but I'm guessing a sign saying, "You should do XYZ, because people in New York City do it," is not going to be effective.

Of course, a sign saying, "You should do XYZ, because people in Mississippi do it," isn't going to work either. For that matter, a sign saying, "You should do XYZ, because people in New Jersey do it," won't work either.

right, you come in preachin what some 212 does so mississippi should, probably still not going to go over well. midwest? a lot different.

but college football in general is big, and the big10 issue got some press. and maybe sommeone in highway dept has a quote of new catchy things to put up however so often!
