Whenever I see single women out jogging/walking...which is often...especially in more isolated area, it sends a shiver up my spine. Many young women seem to be incredibly naive, trusting and unable to accept the fact that their is evil in the world. For God’s sake ladies carry some kind of defensive tool...gun, knife, box cutter or whatever!

A lady told me that her sister worked in an Arkansas county jail and the jail cells were in the basement of the courthouse. It was just a coincidence that guys that were arrested for harming a woman all had trouble walking down the steps to the jail cells without tripping at the top of the stairs.
He will probably plead mental incompetence as did another who murdered a TV newswoman in Little Rock a few years back. He got Life in prison.

The link you posted with the story about this guy is very similar to the early days of Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, Gary Ridgeway (I think he did those things, green river killer) and others who went on to become serial killers or serial rapists.
I read a book just a couple of months ago about a serial rapist finally caught and sent to prison, he did all of the same things in his younger days. Peeping tom, etc. Got out on parole, made it about a year, and was arrested trying to look in someone’s window, they found a rape kit in the car he abandoned, and a search of his apartment turned up videos he took of other break ins after getting out of prison (all while on parole), a video of a woman getting undressed she knew nothing about, taken outside her bathrooom window and one video of him masturbating while fondling a 10 year old girl in her sleep, her parents asleep down the hall.
I think he had been out on parole a year, maybe up to 14 months. In prison for several rapes and the kidnapping. I’ll have to dig up the book again, get some details. I remember he did kidnap one 17 year old girl, blindfolded her and raped her in his own living room, several times, beside the christmas tree where his kids got their gifts a few days later...he left some gaps in her blindfold and she was able to ID the room.
He was sentenced to 30 years, did 9 1/2 before being paroled. Out 14 months, arrested for multiple crimes, including molesting the 10 year old girl.
They usually do graduate to murder, its a pattern. Some turn out to be long time serial killers, Gary Ridgeway ran around free for over 20 years after his first few kills. The guy who raped the 17 year old girl did it for several years too. Odd thing is, I did a web search, his name turned up ZERO...not one article anywhere. Ican find articles about Bundy, Ridgeway, Dahmer, a number of others...not one word about this guy.
Peeping tom, sexual assault, rape, kidnapping and finally murder. Many also tortured animals as kids (Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer) Dahmer put a dog’s skull on a stick in the woods behind his house. Bundy would kill and skin dogs and cats.
This guy is probably the same, if they don’t put him away for life, he’ll do the same thing again if he ever gets out. What I read in the link you posted is the exact same scenario as several serial killers and rapists I’ve read books about. The only thing that will ever stop them is a bullet or a life sentence, with NO parole...
And now with liberals eliminating the consequences, I expect to see more of this kind of thing, not less.
She is obviously WAY above his pay grade.
