Barr does detect and remove criminality within the DOJ. The MSM doesn't report it, and to avoid riots, some in the DOJ have been allowed to pretend they are leaving on their own accord (Mueller, Rosenstein). The reason many have flocked to MSM positions as "consultants" is to claim when prosecution against them emerges that the Trump administration is trying to "silence them" as whistleblowers.

All who participated in the farce known as Hillary Clinton's "mid-term review" have been fired, along with others. More to come.

There is a vast difference between getting fired and being imprisoned for treason. Some people may have been moved out, but that is the same as being labeled and punished for what they did. It is just an admission on Barr’s part that he knows what they did but is willing to let them skate.
