Why wait that long ? As soon as the Democrats have conceded - which could take a couple of weeks or more, the firings can start.
I was going to say have the notices printed out in advance and send them out the day after they concede, but a better/more humiliating way would be to announce the name of every fired employee over Twitter. Let them find out over Twitter with the rest of the world.
