That is now moving past annoyance to anger and even beyond to rage.

Anger by the Dems and their hard-core supporters, or the general population?

Acts of war against your country are dealt with in a different venue.

What do you know about the GOP and mail votes in PA?

Cause I can’t get a straight answer from anybody. I received in the mail a very slick brochure with pictures of Trump, Melania and lots of flags that contained an application for a mail ballot, urging me to apply. The return address however was the “Republican FEDERAL Committee”, which is not the Trump campaign nor the RNC. That all makes me very suspicious that this is some dirty trick the Dems have cooked up.

If Trump actually wants us to vote by mail (which pretty much runs counter to everything he’s been saying on the stump) he needs to make that clear to us.

One interesting thing I noticed is that the mail ballot application asks for your PA drivers license or photo ID number, along with the last 4 digits of your SSN.

But....there is another box to check saying “I don’t have a drivers license, photo ID or SSN”. Don’t have an SSN?? And presumably you’re going to receive a ballot anyway?

An Executive Order applies only to the Executive Branch. Elections are almost entirely state run.

It will be fought in courts, and the Deep State DOJ could aggressively prosecute if it so chose.

Don't vote by mail.

Also asking for all that information could identify you as a registered Republican and your request/ballot could disappear into the ether. Or worse yet, it could be an identity or home title theft scam. Having that info together with an address gives bad actors access to a lot of your personal information.

We don’t know what biden is guilty of... what is allowed and what is not ... under the law...while he was a V Pres.

It could be that he is not fit to run for office... for me he isn’t...and neither was obama... and Trump is supposed to be the change Washington needed.

I don’t know that durham nor barr has the stomach to charge either one..but ya never know... and before November.. they are keeping it close to the hip.

We need poll watchers and count monitors to document any shenanigans during the election. And there has to be a documented chain of custody for all mail-in ballots, especially once they have been received by the U.S. Postal Service.

The Republican Federal Committee is the arm of the PAGOP that supports federal candidates in the state of PA. Those check boxes have me thinking if their are loopholes, Trump is driving a fully legal truck into them. Till election day, the democrat party is going to be begging people to vote in person.

The essential problem is that the Constitution cedes the "manner and place" of elections to the states. States or parties acting on behalf of the voters in a particular state can go into the federal courts and allege infringement of voter rights by the particular procedures and conditions that apply in the conduct of an election.

Established constitutional standards such as "one man, one vote" apply to equal apportionment of congressional districts, not to the tabulation process or the general conduct of an election. It certainly should apply to the process, but no issue, properly framed on that topic has been raised in the courts. It would be nice to get a SCOTUS ruling that applies "one man one vote" to the conduct of elections. But, just as you see federalism being expressed by CA and NY in attempts to thwart the Trump Administration, you really do not have much federal control of the conduct of elections. (For example, see the Milwaukee primary election in 2020 - where even though the National Guard was made available to help administer the election, the city only had 5 polling places open, for a city of nearly 600,000 people. This was the Democrats in control of Milwaukee deliberately under-sizing the number of polling places to create an issue.) When there is election-day litigation it is typically in the form of an injunction which is sought to keep a particular precinct open later due to (malfunctioning tabulation equipment, long lines, power failure at voting location, etc.)

I worked in the war room for Gov. Rick Scott's re-election in 2014 and the one legal issue that came up late in the day on election day was an attempt by the Democrats to keep open polling places in Broward County (the mother-lode of Democratic votes in FL.) That emergency motion was denied and the election that day ran about as scheduled. (Scott won with a margin of 64,000 votes out of approx 5.666M ballots cast - a little too close for my sense of comfort, but a win nonetheless.)

I would anticipate that Democrats, or parties working on their behalf will work to elasticize all of the deadlines, and all the definitions involved in the tabulation process. One state I am familiar with will allow the counting of absentee ballots cast and postmarked by or on election day and delivered to the election authorities by 3 days after the election. So for that state I would expect them to go into court, to relax the three day rule, and ultimately to extend the postmark rule or to make more ambiguous the meaning of "postmarked." Thus you see all the brouhaha about the post office which is preemptive planning for the post election actions.

I know that extending the postmark rule would lead to retrospective voting - waiting to see what the election day total was, and allowing voters to cast ballots with that knowledge for days or weeks thereafter. Completely insane, but mark my words, they will work for this.

Thanks for that info. This thing still looks awful sketchy to me. I think I’m going to stick with voting in person.

I think it’s been obvious for a long while that they think they have this election stolen. They’re not even really trying to make real voters happy.

Plus I’m not convinced that the PAGOP actually wants Trump to win. They are after all the same people who brought you Arlen Specter, Pat Toomey and Tom Ridge.

Plus the riots and destruction
Plus keeping everyone honed up at home
Plus wearing masks that reminds everyone who did this..
plus running an old man who is not capable of any of it.
Plus the promise of socialism if the dems win

Which is why they made sure to get Keith Ellison, a gibbering madman but loyal democrat soldier, into their Attorney General’s office the last time it came up for a vote.

They have an ally in the key spot, in case of any recounts or boxes of ballots found under a pile of empty mailbags in the back room of a post office someplace.

The PA legislature is majority Republican. In the case that Wolf can botch the election, the legislature will elect the appoint the electors. PA has no Senators up for election and the House of Representative races do not look like they will be easy to flip to democrat.

If this happens, it must not be allowed to stand. If resistance leads to civil war, then so be it. To let the Marxists take over will turn the US into something resembling the old Soviet Union with a ruling cabal inner party and an impoverished and oppressed proletariat.
