If he’s not faking, do you really think they’ll prosecute an old man with dementia? No matter what our side thinks of democrats or Biden, I don’t think that would be well received in the public by either side.
It would be a consideration in sentencing for sure, like insanity, but the crimes are there before he was like that, he would likely be confined to the basement he loves so much.
Perhaps Hunter is a better target, since he profited hugely from the corruption.
