I think the Julian Assange torture is worse.
The Court was created by Congress in 1863 (for political reasons) and I assume it could be dismantled and its functions sent elsewhere for the same reasons.
With the intense politics and group-think bubble that is Washington DC, things like this and major agencies (such as the FBI) should be moved to fly-over country.
While this is percolating, Ratcliffe should hire Flynn as a consultant. His assignment: produce a map of “buried bodies” in the intel community. Sort of like producing a landmine map.
Impeach Sullivan.
We are all just watchers, including Gen Flynn. One hopes that the President allows this to play out, so that the end is to Flynn’s advantage. In the end, Flynn walks out free; that is foregone.
One positive is that one of the liberal judges on the Appeals court will be retiring soon, giving Trump a nomination slot.
