In Indiana only a spouse or legal guardian (usually a family member) can assist a person to vote. In addition, each county has what is called a “traveling board”. It consists of two people: One from each party. They may be called to the home or nursing home to assist with the voting. Both must agree to the marked ballot and signature being authenticated. Indiana sounds like they are doing it right. It’s some of the red states that want to cheat in anyway possible. They make things legal, like ballot harvesting, that should never be allowed. Thanks to President Trump we have some chance of a more fair judiciary.
