I would like to know what “certification” means also. It appears that someone or some group wrote up the FISA warrant before it goes to several other higher-ups who just sign it. Are they just signing the fact that they got it in their office for a minute? There is no point in having them sign it if they have no responsibility for making sure that what is in it is accurate.
If “certification” means to verify in order to certify we know there was none of that being done.
The FBI and the FISA judges just rubber stamp.
