I think they knew they had to get Joe out of the basement to fire up the new narrative, “Trump’s violent cities”. This particular venue satisfies the need. Not really. Pittsburgh has not suffered anywhere near the degree of chaos and violence of these other Leftard cities. Despite his many issues Demorat Mayor Peduto has not let it get out of hand. For one thing he's too reliant on votes from the police union.
