STUPID!! Neither side has the MNA POWER to count so many votes correctly....check SIGNATURES, etc.
The Dems have always wanted early voting and early counting so that they could see in realtime where they needed to harvest votes. They hate secret ballots.
The ballot should be considered “spoiled” if the balloting instructions are not followed. If you are too dumb to sign your outer envelope you’re too dumb to vote.

If people voting by mail can’t follow instructions, their vote shouldn’t count. No examination for intent. No redo. Throw it out.
So what happens if a person votes by mail-in and also shows up at the polls? HOW are they going to be able to check this?
The vote is November 4th. On November 5th no further voting is legal. If the vote cannot be validated by November 5th, it is invalid.
Pretty simple fact that is the 800 pound elephant in the room.
North Carolina starts the presidential election tomorrow. Still find it hard to believe they need two months to vote.
