How is it Trump’s fault? The protesters are supposedly upset about long-standing issues of police brutality and systemic racism. Longer than 3 and a half years.

Trump should throw the largest rally in history in portland, and lottery free transportation to it from everywhere in the US.
Also, I would suggest that President Trump announce a date and time that he will debate “A Joe Biden”, and say that “The Joe Biden is welcome”. I am sure he can find somebody who looks and sounds like Joe Biden, and convince enough people it is really him without ever claiming it is him
