The Canadians might have a good idea and that is a half million dollar fine for border violations. For the United States, that would end illegal immigration if each illegal alien were fined a a half million dollars.
Surely the guy fined $ 1/2 million did more than just stop the second time .... like maybe he was also dropping a deuce or something not mentioned in the story
