Maybe, but not a lot of people would put up with huge medical bills for a pet when they could get a healthier one in the next cage.

Miley may be a loon, but she did something good here. And by the looks of the second photo, it appears the dog has bonded with her.

One of my 3 rescue cats was a total feral-the other was an abandoned pet-you’d never know that one was ever a feral now, the way they love people-my 3d rescue was a tiny, fragile runt kitten 6 weeks old and not expected to live-he weighed 12 oz-no one wanted him-I thought he deserved a chance, so took him to my vet, got him the antibiotics, etc he needed to get well, took him home and took care of him. A year later, he is a sleek healthy 8 lb. indoor black cat-playful and affectionate to humans as only a hand raised animal is-an animal that wants to live deserves to have that chance, I think...

Miley Cyrus is self-serving loon most of the time-but she did an admirable thing by giving the dog a good home-even an idiot is capable of a good deed now and then...
