To put it simply HQC was a stage of denial, the idea that the media or deep state was hiding the “real cure” etc. Because people thought covid19 was being blamed on Trump and might hurt his reelection
It evolved from “it’ll go away by April” and “the people dying must have HIV or something serious” or “only old people” and then eventually “they must not have taken HQC and zinc” and several other denials along the way
