From what little I remember, they no longer are. Doesn’t the R consent agreement (WHY ON GOD’S EARTH DID THEY EVER SIGN THAT???) need to be renewed regularly? And they didn’t renew it?
For those who don’t know what this is, stylin knows more than me, but some kind of agreement document from hell that binds Rs from challenging election results. Amirite?
