The way they’ve handled Flynn’s case all along has convinced me that either they A) hate his guts and will stop at nothing to punish him, or B) He represent such a threat (specifics unknown) that they will stop at nothing to punish him.
There IS a reason every toss of the coin regarding Flynn has come up tails. As I predicted earlier: the appeal would be heard en bank and the full court would support Sullivan.

I’m waiting to read the opinion, to see what the reasoning was, and to hear from Sidney Powell as to whether appeal is even an option. Emergency appeals to the SC which require a quick response, instead of many months later, are very rare, usually in cases of executions or back during Bush/Gore. This is so cut and dried that it might be possible. Lower courts are out of control and it is damaging the justice system.
