I may not like him anymore because of this but there is no one on my radar to vote for besides him right now. There were reasons given in the past as to why he might be sticking with the shut down. But at this point, with numbers dropping and knowledge that numbers have been inflated to begin with becoming more and more public I don’t see why he isn’t moving us back up to 75% open at the least. I’m only hearing crickets.

There are no provisions in the Constitution or in our history for a judge in a case to morph into a prosecutor.
