Yes, it was a See No Evil episode. I really like that series but they have not made enough of them. All I see are repeats.
Aaah, thanks Parley.......while I’m at it remember the one where this girl went out with friends and a latin male was walking her to her car in a parking garage....they interviewed him over and over knowing he was responsible but couldn’t prove it. They recently found her body too. I’ll try and find the episode and I think they charged him.
