The label says: “Miel Gibson” not “Mel Gibson”.

The photo is another matter, If I were her, I would pick some object in the movie that is not copyrighted (like a claymor sword held in 2 strong hands) and use it on the label.

Then there would be no infringement on his copyright.

When you tie the images with the name to “suggest” Mel, it falls under infringement of his brand.

Just call it cease and desist organic honey.
