Yep. He was definitely looking for trouble. I watched that Video numerous times. I simply was not able to determine that the kid with the long gun shot him.
The wound did not appear to be on the correct side of the head based on where they were in the last frame I could see them in.
The kid with the gun got on his cell phone-maybe even called the police? IDK-but then he left and they started chasing him.
